force desktop version of website on mobile

[login to view URL] works fine on desktop On mobile it switches to mobile version but it needs to force desktop on page load. I have tried the various viewport codes and different javascripts and no luck. You must have your own iPhone for development. I need this done right away. Max pay for this work is $20
