Ionic/Cordova Application

We are looking for a very efficient and experienced Hybrid Mobile App Developper that shows good UX sense on past projects. Ionic/Cordova Is our first choice but we are open to other similar technologies. Application is intended to give a communication platform between Travelers and Guides. Full details will be shared only with selected freelance. Meanwhile here are the main features : - Travelers can browse/search cities forums and see previous Questions and Answers - Guides can sign up for multiples cities they have knowledge about and select/rank tags on each city (art, gastronomy, nightlife for example) - Travelers can buy (in-app purchase) day or multi-day "visas" for cities or countries and ask questions on those cities forums (this feature should be a free mock for now) - Guides can answer questions and earn points based on multiple criteria (speed of answer, number of likes on their answer...) - Travelers and other guides can "like" the answers. - Guides are incentived to answer by awarding them bonuses (more than 20 answers on a day, more than 10 likes on their last 10 answers for example) - Travelers can share their location on the question - Travelers and guides receive push notifications (on their question / on their cities) Here is an app that are inspiration for this : [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
