iPhone app for www.checkcanada.ca (and edit website)

I need an iphone created for an information retrieval and payment website. Previous bidders need not bid. This will be a Hybrid App, as native will take too long to complete. So, I need someone to correct coding errors and add the required rests for the mobile app. Then I need an iPhone app that will do everything the website does. This includes, the submission of reports and the search and payment of reports using PayPal. - A MILESTONE WILL BE CREATED UNTIL YOU SHOW ME THE WEBSITE ERRORS ARE CORRECTED (AS WELL AS THE REQUIRED RESTS FOR THE MOBILE APP) - A MILESTONE WILL BE CREATED WHEN YOU SHOW ME THE WORKING APP AND ALLOW FOR TESTING. - A MILESTONE WILL BE CREATED WHEN THE APP IS VALIDATED BY THE APP STORE.
