about a week ago i hired a freelancer to create me and app for mock location to give me a fake location GPS he is not good enough to finish it as i want and in same time he put everthing on this app under his gmail account so i need someone who really expert that he can fix this problems and change everything to my account gmail all what i'm asking now i need someone who respect time if you told me that this job will be done in 2 days and u done it on 2 days and one min then you will not get paid and i'll report you thank

I can give you a mock location of anywhere on your device but you'll have to enable mock location from developer options on your phone if that's what you only want.

To consistently have your GPS mocked with LocationManager, it must be within a long-running Service and probably a persistent Notification since coordinate must be modified repeatedly. The app must also support Android 6.0 Marshmallow since ACCESS_MOCK_LOCATION is one of the dangerous permissions that must be requested upon runtime, otherwise crashes. I could create an app specialized in doing that, but I'm not sure what does it have to do with gmail account of yours or your former freelancer's.
