Neon Maker - Draw & Price a Neon Sign App

This app will need to be for iPhone, iPad, and Android. The app will allow the user to create his own Neon Sign, get the price and order it with his credit card (using PayPal). The user will be able to select the size of the Neon Sign from a list of preset sizes. Then the user can design the sign by selecting a color then choosing to draw the shape he wants the neon to be. He will have the option to back and select another color and draw some more. He will also have the option to clear or erase part of the drawing if he makes a mistake. The entire drawing will be lines only, no fills or gradients. When completed, the app will calculate the total length of the lines to help generate a price: The line length affects the price. The number of colors affects the price. The size of the sign affects the price. Then they will be able to order the sign through PayPal. You will need to setup the PayPal ordering as well. I have a PayPal merchant account. When the order is completed the JPG image that they created will be emailed along with the customer's name and shipping address so that I may build the sign and ship it to them.
