Hello, I can help you with this project I experience working with PWAs and for this last matter you just have to take into account that the full support for them is in Firefox, Opera, Chrome desktop and Android, IOS and Safari recently had added support to PWAs but with some limitations like 50Mb Max storage, no push notifications and no background sync by the moment.
