PROJECT QUESTIONS: 1. what were you thinking 2D or 3D? 2. assets and SFX do you have an idea of what you want? or you already have some. 3. app or web? or multi platform. When I imagine "Bayblade" I think of those fighting scene with sparks and component flying off.
