Unity 3d App with Vuforia Video playback and Firebase

We have a unity project with Firebase and Vuforia Video Playback, there is a mechanism ready which downloads video files through HTTP and serves it to different image targets (device database). We need to accomplish three things: 1. Make the app more fluid by adding proper checks and enhancing the UI. 2. Extending or redesigning the current video download part to be scalable for further use. 3. Making apk ready with some given requirements to be deployed on Play store. This would be a very short project with a timeline of 10-15 days. Freelancers who are ready to work in collaboration would be preferred, the project would go many iterations as per requirements, but only few or none would be totally new. All the requirements would be well defined in the docs, also if you feel any kind of confusion, we would be ready to help you understand the same. Currently looking for android app, but would require iOS app in next few months
