Write an Android application

I. Create an android application that will: 1. Fetch accounts associated with an user id from a database and display on the screen based on the user id keyed in as input. There can be multiple accounts associated with an user id. All the accounts should be displayed. User should be able to select the account in which he/she wants to do further operation 2. On selecting the account the details associated with the account will be displayed 3. User should have option for making some payments associated with the account 4. User should be able to provide feedback to the admin 5. A user can be a registered user or a guest user. The guest user should be able to make payments associated with the account. Apart from that all other features should not be available to a guest user II. Create a admin website that will have following features 1. Create new users and accounts for the user 2. Options for creating events for the users. On creating events a notification should be sent to the users via mobile app, sms, email 3. Check feedback sent by the users and reply back to the feedback
