Configure moodle for a unique situation

We need an LMS that will accommodate for special circumstances (outlined below). We are considering using moodle and paying someone to set it up for us. Please be specific in your expertise with moodle and send links to previous projects if you wish to be considered for this project. We have an international internship program with academic credit attached. We have several different types of users: 1. Academic supervisor (teacher) 2. Placement supervisor (mentor) 3. Students 4. Teaching assistants 1. The placement supervisor is associated with a single student - not groups of students. 2. The students need to be placed in groups based on location. 3. The students would be enrolled in 1 or 2 courses. 4. The academic supervisor to post assignments for students as well as Placement Supervisors/Mentors (we ask them to fill out two mentor feedback forms) into the system and for those individuals to complete the assignments via the system. 5. Academic supervisor needs to be able to grade some of the assignments and grades need to show (gradebook). 6. Ability for placement supervisor/mentor to view student’s assignments and “sign off” on it - they should ONLY see the one student they are assigned to and they cannot submit a grade 7. Ability for content from mentor feedback form to be either automatically linked to a student for them to view or to be downloadable to a pdf to be easily distributed to the student via email or uploaded to his/her account 8. Auto notifications regarding upcoming assignments or late assignments to both students and mentors 9. Ability for academic supervisor and teaching assistants to view/grade assignments and post grades to students efficiently Contact me if you have questions.
