An employee enters daily activities performed An employee enters planned activities (for days/weeks in future) The employee gets to view billable-time per customer (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on customer profile) The employee gets to see the Utilization% achieved for the year in real-time The team-manager gets to view, approve time-sheets by customer, across members of her/his team The team-manager gets to view activities of all members of her/his team; week by week The Accounts manager needs to view & email approved time-sheets to the customer
