SharePoint InfoPath 2010 - repost

Hi, this Task is about SharePoint/Infopath 2010 with repeating table and c# if required, Actually I'm SharePoint and InfoPath Dev, I created infopath form with repeating table which get data from SP list - Y. InfoPath Form is published to Document library. SP list - Y contains like 6 columns, scope(lookup - getting value from another list), Type - (lookup - getting value from another list), Value - (lookup - getting value from another list), Description - rich text, dept - dropwdown, budget - textbox. using this data this connection, i'm displaying data in different repeating table. Where i'm looking for help is, Task - 1 I want to get data from SP list only first time like after user submit the form to SP list, SP Datacoonection should not get data from SP list and update the repeating tables and 2, I like to submit repeating table data to another SP list (not submitting back to same SP List) I tried few options using c# code but not able to get the final solutions. If you guys want i could send form xsn and stp of SP list as well Please approach me if you could complete this task confidently, please don’t waste my time.
