dotnet windows application talking to asterisk API manager

i am looking for developers that have experience in both dotnet and asterisk API Manager. the requirement is to build an application running on windows desktop (xp, vista or 7) that will listen to the API Manager from Asterisk. based on certain parameters certain actions needs to take place. park calls, answer calls, transfer calls etc. I have screen shots of some of the things we require. When a call comes in to a certain extension it will carry a caller id and a DID (another id). the program is to take the DID lookup information in a sql database return certain text and extension information and display that to the screen. user to be able to interact with the results and transfer the call to one of the extension. When responding to this proposal you must clearly state your experience in this field, what was developed, how it worked, provide screen shots if available. if you don't provide experience your proposal will be deleted. this is just a low level description. I need to know if you had experience in working in this environment and if you're able to provide the above requirments.
