I need a program that will
1. install via a gui installer package
2. provide the following functions
a. polling (monitor) a given one or more folders to see if there are files; since files will be copied from the network, you must account for folder activity
b. take the given JPG/TIFF images and rename the file based on the parent folder name...so if the monitored folder has a folder nameed 13444 with three jpgs, YOUR program will rename the file [login to view URL] etc
c. if possible, extract the EXIF information and incorporate into the file name
d. resize the file to specificied output.
