Email Campaign Program

Would like a build a bulk mail program written entirely in ASP.net/VBScript Either developed from the ground up or modify current program at: [login to view URL] current program is in asp/VBScript and is almost finished, would like just a few changes on it, in regards to tracking campaigns and the set up tab. If building new program, would like similar set up to above program see attached file for program specifics.
