Be a part of Aventus Partners team on a people & culture change assignment for a global client. Responsibilities • Support the Program managers on implementing as the Change Management methodology (e.g.: #Prosci, #ADKAR), and facilitate the implementation of tools, process, technology, and cultural changes. • Coordinate with the client stakeholders and Aventus team to support change management strategies and develop messaging, buy-in & support • Develop change intervention plans, analyse the impact of change, support development and execution of readiness assessments; assess results (including impacts to key stakeholders) thereof. • Monitor, track and measure of adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes. • Proactively identify gaps and resistance to change and develop strategies to manage the same; develop and implement risk mitigation tactics. Qualifications • 2 to 8 years of experience as part of core change implementation teams • Degree in Business Management or Organization Development • PROSCI/ relevant certification preferred • Awareness of AGILE methodology Engagement Type • Remote working • 6 months contract with Aventus Partners, can be extendible by 3 months • Minimum working hours commitment of 8 hours a day MON -FRI, starting immediately.
