I am a college student currently working on a campaign project that deals with an athletic apparel company. For a part of my project I am trying to budget the average cost of starting a new leggings line. I am in the process of finding out the cost of creating a prototype and would need a pattern maker for this process. The leggings would be a cotton-spandex material, solid black, with the measurements of: 27" waist, 37" hip, 32" standard inseam, and 35" tall inseam. I hope this is enough information in order to figure out the cost of this service!
