75300 Authorize.net AIM payment form

I need a payment form for the [login to view URL] AIM payment method. I am stumped on the programming and have decided to freelance this project. I am able to customize the script as far as output design myself, so I just need the basics for the script to communicate w/ authnet to either accept or decline the transaction, and if the transaction is declined, the reason why. AVS must be included. Again, I do not want any fancy output design, I will do that myself. I will award to the lowest bidder but I will not make a payment until I can see a working demo.
