I'm seeking a professional photographer to capture our office event at Calgary Downhall, from 10:30am to 2:00pm. Your services will be required for approximately 3-4 hours. The scope of work includes: - Event photography: I want you to document the speeches and presentations that will take place during this time. - Group photos: Make sure to capture us in both formal and informal settings. - Candid photography: Showcase the uniqueness of our event, capturing the candid moments of fun, laughter, and unexpected interactions. - Dancing and entertainment: Spotlight the liveliness of our event by taking photos of the entertainment segments. Upon completion of the event, I would like you to provide edited digital copies of the photos. The ideal freelancer for this job possesses a keen eye for detail, a knack for capturing spontaneous moments, and advanced editing skills. Prior experience in event photography would be highly beneficial.
