Advanced Image Editing needed

I work with an artist who is 83 years old. She has recently taken up Scan Art and has made some interesting pieces experimentally. The piece I need edited is beyond my Photoshop skills. She basically accidentally printed a scan on the wrong side of the page, and we have no digital backup (she has not mastered scanning and has relied on color photocopy as her primary means of art). Since it printed on the wrong side of the photo paper, there are tons of scratches and lines. I need a photoshop / image editing professional that can either use effects to clean up the imperfections in the image, or manually clean them up and make it printworthy (we are making 40" x 30" canvas prints). I need someone that can make suggestions on cleaning up the image, and send proofs of the work as its being done so that there can be back and forth dialog as needed. ## Deliverables I am sending a PDF file but your proofs can be in smaller quality jpg, and the final product can be sent in high quality.
