74997 Linux & Apache managment items

I am running an ad serving application, written in PHP, which runs on this platform: --RedHat 7.3 --Apache 1.3.29 --MySQL 1.23.56 --PHP 4.3.4 I'm not an experienced Linux/apache/mysql/php administrator and I need I need to find someone who can handle ALL of the following system administration tasks: 1) learn about the different methods and options I have to backup the database. 2) properly set up logrotate or some other log rotation technique to rotate and archive the apache log and the adserver log 3) configure sendmail and set it to redirect any email sent to this machine's domain to another address. 4) perform a detailed security analysis of this server to determine if it is secure, how it is vulnerable, and how to change things to properly secure the server. This is not really a scripting project but more of a sys-admin project so I hope that scriptlance is the proper place to find bids on this kind of work.
