ASP Coder Needed - Ongoing

Hello ! We are in need of a new ASP coder to join our team. We are willing to pay for the first 3 months 500$ and then we will increase this based on the performance that we are getting. The first application would be a project management system using a MSSQL db. The project is split into phases and each phase in expected to take 3-5 days. The db for phase 1 is already created and a sample design can be provided in PSD. Coder will need to create HTML from the PSD page and then create the ASP pages that will write/read data from the db. Also, 2 basic reports will be needed. Only experienced bidders please. We don't want to waste our time. This can be a job that will make you win more than 1000$ per month, if things go well. We are nice people but if you are not qualified and you don't do the job, you WILL get a bad rating. When posting a bid, please submit 2-3 asp pages that you did so that we can check the coding skills. Since people are doing the math based on the number of hours, we estimate 100-130hrs per month for 500$ per month (during the initial testing period) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
