domain registrar website

i need a website, just like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] , which will register new domain names etc i want the user to be able to login into his account and make any changes needed, change dns, change owner of domain and generally everything regarding the domain that can be done also by register or godday registrars. the payment will be done via paypal and credit cards (we will use payments modules from paypal for credit cards also) and i need a very nice admin area, where i will be able to make everything needed, on domains, account, check the domains registered by my company, total income, monthly income. and everything else you beleive would be usefull for me pm me for more info, BUT PLEASE TELL ME FROM THE START WHAT ARE YOU EXACTLY GOING TO PROVIDE ME IN DETAIL. bids around 500usd are seriously considered. timline up to 10 days the website template will be provided by me
