I want to have a site like GetAfreelancer, but I need to have some features of GetAfreelancer and some features which is in GetAcoder, and some other features I will want to add, ( they are simple ). I will take it with the following conditions only. 1- You make The site completely and functioning completely at your server. 2- After that, I will pay you, your full fees, through paypal, only. No any payment will be done before. 3- Then you transfer the site to my server. Bid only if you agree to these conditions, Do not tell me anything other than. 1- You read and agreed to my conditions 2- Total fees you need, and the figure you will mention, will be final. 3- Total time you need.
