Hospital Database management system

An oppurtunity to earn more money than you expect. I need a component that will be integrated to outlook express or a software package (frontend and backend)that help me to maintain hospital database. The database includes both patients(in and out) and the staff(complete), salaries, bills etc (complete set). The database includes text, images, audio and video. The component / package must be able to send and recieve emails. It must work on a single machine or on a network. The features of the project are 1. It should staisfy all my requirements stated above. 2. Any future updates can be added easily. 3. Should work both on a single machine and in a netwrok. 4. The database should be able to store all kinds of data (text, images, audio and video) Along with your bid please answer all the questions below. 1. Can we intergrate a compenent to microsoft outlook express which will satisfy all my needs and can easily be updated in future. 2. If yes in which language will you perfer and why. and which database (Mysql, MS Access, Oracle Etc). 3. Which one (component or a software) will you advise and I need proper reasons. (A detail report will prove your expertise). 3. If you suggest a software package then in which language (asp.net, VB, etc) and database (Mysql, MS Access, Oracle Etc) do you prefer. I will assign this project to the person whose report will answer all my questions with proper reasoning. I am ready to pay any amount (money is not at all a problem) and will also give 1 full year contract to maintain the database for my hospital to the same person. I need the report within 2 days. I will finalize the bid within 24 hrs after this period. I will extra 25$ pay for the report you submit. so can add it to your bid amount. ## Deliverables A component that will integrete with the outlook expres. Or a software package custom designed. ## Platform Only Windows (2000 or XP). No linux or MAC etc.
