html / javascript onsite programmer needed

NEED A HTML/JAVASCRIPT/CGI? PROGRAMMER TO WORK ONSITE ON A PROJECT IN EDISON, NJ ... PART TIME REMOTE WORK IS ALLOWED, BUT PROGRAMMER MUST BE ABLE TO COME ON SITE.. THEREFORE LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE. In a nutshell, the programmer must possess a strong knowledge of javascript coding and a good understanding of how to create a code to be inserted on a page that would in real-time, serve content dynamically based on rules. ? The web based UI is where the client would enter the content (in HTML and Java) as well as define the rules for the delivery of the entered content. ? The client would install on a website, our line of code, that would delivery their content bases on the rules they setup in the UI. ? The UI would need to be setup in a way so that a user can create an account, enter billing information etc. ? The system would need to process CC on a recurring basis and allow for reporting.
