.Net expert needed to add advanced feature in .net pages

Hi I've a .net page which is showing records from the database and showing into the frame in textboxes. Now I've to add one xtra frame with the radio button and when select a radio button in the first frame it will select the corresponding record in the next frame, and after that bring the selected record on the top of each record, make the changes in the record, click update save data to table and when click save; makes the changes permament in the database and bring the record back to the same position where it was earlier 2. Design new 1 new pages also with the sam feature.
