Hi! We are in need of an excellent ASP.NET programmer to complete a pressroom application for us. A lot of the application has already been built using VB.NET and SQL Server and we will provide the source code for it.
Basically, this is an application for building online newsrooms, where companies can post their press releases and readers can see them, search through them and download them to their computers. The system will also have a notification mechanism, which will send subscribers updates via email, each time a new press release is added that matches their interests.
The system must be as generic as possible, and will need to be able to support thousands of simultaneous pressrooms. Each pressroom will need to be a completely independent account, with its own content, editors and subscribers. Please see the attached word document for more details.
We are looking to work on an hourly basis, so please make sure to specify a price per hour in your bid. Thank you.
