Scripting for WEB PAGE FORM

We are planning on moving our site to a new server with FASTHOSTs due to too many down times with our current hosting company. To do this move we will need to amend our contact form to suit the requirement of FASTHOSTS. Would someone be interested in either writing the script in accordance with FASTHOST requirment or to help guide me through the process.
