Site verification asp

I need someone to alter the login form and database. Currently data input into my asp forms is input directly into a database. I need it altered to accomodate being permitted to download data if someone logs in. Currently you can update data by logging in but cant just log in and go to archive to download. Currently information is inserted into database thru the currently available form. If someone wants to download a second or third time in a set period ie 1year ,then they can only download but only the set amount of downloads. After they pass the login they are just passed to my form with the zip download. The new items are 1) I Want to have someone be given a unique invoice number after they purchase something. (YOu will have to add a field to the database for subscription period and this invoice number (which I can do for you) then you must make adjustments to the asp register forms. I need control of the subscription period criteria to change as necesary.2)alter the current asp login forms and password database to update this with the new invoice edit to enable users to log in with that password, user ID and invoice edit. An addl field in password database to take into account of subscription period code will be a type of solution. It is up to you to determine your best solution, I will go along with anything reasonable. I would suggest using data in current password database to give access permission. Also, note I have an archive of 5 years and if someone logs in with a password made 3 years ago then they can only download that years files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
