Website Design / Oscommerce / CRE Loaded / Ebay Integration Project

We require a firm / individual who can develop and customise a full oscommerce/cre loaded web store. We have a fairly detailed spec of our requirements and will discuss this with the winning bidder. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. These detailed specs aren’t large changes but more custom touches to mould the software to our requirements. We are looking for someone to provide a turn key solution for our organisation. We have designed the look of the website/store and want someone to replicate that. All screenshots will be provided of how we want the site to look like. The designer must be able to make the site look just how we want it too including positioning, buttons and boxes. We require a full payment gateway with Australian taxes and payment options. We are very particular in what we want the admin area to achieve for us, monitoring website statistics to being able to generate reports on virtually any statistic. Also an important feature is the invoice/packing slip and labelling area. We want to be able to print shipping labels onto stickers (4 per page) and make custom labels like from stickers, etc. Further designing will be done once project specifics are outlined. We like the look of a different providers admin area and was wondering if the admin area of oscommerce can be changed to look like [login to view URL] Database must be on MYSQL or MS SQL. Search engine optimisation and submission is also to be included, all major search engines. We want the site to double as the check out for our ebay shop. When a user buys something off ebay we want it to be directed to a separate area in our shop which will manage the ebay purchases. Not sure how this will be achieved but we want someone that has experience in this. We don’t want our ebay purchases/orders to interfere with pure website purchases; statistics/order differentiation is a key. Maybe you can design a shop within a shop to see the difference. We want something that works like [login to view URL] This ecommerce website will be one of the premier sites in Australia and we want it to be able to managed efficiently. We are very new at this ecommerce stuff and are unsure of the capabilities of some of the features. We would like to find someone who can sit down with us over the phone or if you are in Melbourne, Australia and explain to us the added features/modules that we can utilise to improve our business and make it easier to run. We are also not sure what is the difference between Oscommerce and CRE Loaded. What we have read, we would require CRE loaded Pro B2B. We want someone who can deliver the final project to our hosting facility including all the gateway information built in to handle credit cards and paypal. It is key that the person doing the job will be available for future updates, changes and questions. We are in an ever changing environment and if need be to add a module or feature that it would be easy to contact you and arrange a change.
