MAMBO skinning/minor hack

I need this design coded into mambo (the cms) with a couple minor editions, setups. It needs to do the following: * Easy Media (mpg, mpeg, avi, wmv, mp3, fla, swf, etc) upload for a certian usergroup (staff). This movie/game/media item should be put into a list, based on genre (set when uploaded), with thumbnail, and other file information. It should also have a rating/hit/download counter. * This media file, when uploaded, should have a page created (dynamic preferable -- a query string based page) with all that info, as well as indicators of : (NSFW, not safe for work, violent, language, etc). The most important thing: There should be an option to watch in the browser (in which case it would embed the file) or download to disk (barring hotlinking). Also, a plus (as in optional) would be a couple text boxes with the code for vB/IPB/phpBB links to that file and HTML for the link. * These files should have ratings (user based) and hit/download counters) * Top 5 lists of downloaded/rated should appear on the main layout (see the links provided) * Utilize the mambo banner rotator, I want google ads on most pages * Set up a section for individual certian staff member's own articles. As in, a subcategory where there is different news than the front page. This will be used for random rantings/etc. Please reply with your price (please be reasonable. All this is is coding a design and making a few modifications to previousley made mambo hacks like docman, filemanager, to show file details/make it easy for viewers to see a video or game). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
