Compile Indy Project libs for C++Builder 6

C++Builder 6.0 (2002) shipped with Indy Direct components 8.0.25. The Indy Project is now open source based which source and information at www.indyproject.org. The project is to compile version 10 (VCL) and ship the necessary files with instructions how to install it into C++Builder 6.
