To create a games site

The site must revolve around a central chat room that runs off a sql database for the member's details. The chat room will be in java preferably (unless a better language is found). The games will be accesable from the chat room. The chat room should have admin features and a filter. The games will have a points system and hosts will be chosen to host tournaments. A tournament system will be required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
