Description: to build a java VOIP (IAX) phone app very simliar to the jiaxclient(you can do a google search for the source). I need it to be completely rewritten so there is no licensing issues. UPDATE: ( 12/02) Note: this is for a VOIP java app, and is not associated with a J2ME type application. This will need to either run as an applet, or as webstart application with a soap client ( see deliverables for detals). The winning bidder will need to sign an NDA, and all source code would need to be exclusively signed over to me. NOTE: to compile the jiaxclient, you will need to install mingw, and msys with the gcc compiler, on your windows pc. Once this is done you should be able to easily compile the source and make it work. Note, that as the source code is already there as an example it should be pretty straight forward to rewrite this. REM: Some portions of the project are based on JNI; so c/c++ knowledge will still comes in handy.
