Mod: Program to Check User and Unzip Software

We require a previously developed a small command line project in C++, through Rent-a-Coder, which checks the validity of a user then unzips a program. Some users are complaining their proxies aren't detected when the program attempts to make a request to our Internet site to check their e-mail address. Others are complaining of further errors. Therefore we need this fully debugged, preferably ensuring the program calls the Microsoft DLL's to ensure the Internet Explorer proxy settings are inherited. Also, we require an improvement to the program so it can display more explanatory error messages... and an improve to the validation dialog box.
