Real-time System Oberservation

Real-time Observation of Desktop System Using a video camera with microphone and a screen grab technology - this system is to be able to be connected to a 2nd computer or laptop and monitor its screen activity and watch and record the video/audio feed from the video camera. The application running on the host machine can allow the operator to add hitpoints or keypoints during the observation of the screen capture and the video feed. The operator can then add notes and annotations during or later to these keypoints for later re-review and reporting. There should be a database that houses a observation "project" - which links the media recorded (screen capture video, video camera capture and audio) with all the keypoints set by the observer and text annotations and feedback entered by the observer. A project should be able to be reopened and modified by adding more text annotations or more keypoints at any time. See PPT for more overview info. Thanks for your interest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows Based Admin application using win32 or .net or microsoft activex combination of technologies along with database technologies to store various information. The computer being observed should not be too dependent on any platform or OS.
