Software Development & application for Human Resource, Finance, Procurement and planning.

I need a customizable Accounting( with payroll) & Human Resouce Management Software. The software should be user friendly, customizable, a demo sample if possible. It should be easy to install and upgrade if need be. The softwares are for a big institution Deliverables i) Operational Finance, Human Resource & Planning software’s ii) Training of 5 IT support staff Duration This assignment will be undertaken within four months. Qualifications Bidders should should have:- • Proven experience in similar work and • Possess the capacity and capability to undertake the assignment Submission of Proposals Interested bidders should provide; a) Technical Proposals consisting of (i) Details of previous experience in similar work (ii) CVs of key personnel and references (iii) Proposed methodology for undertaking the exercise (iv) Work plans & timeline Physical availability on the ground would be an added advantage.
