I need a robust, accurate and reliable cost reporting software which can link to each of the real-time transmission log to create meaning cost reports in combination of users/groups/recipient phone number/country codes/servers in detail reports and summary reports It must be a comprehensive Call Accounting Module with dozens of reports and call-costing options. Includes accurate tariff information for local, long distance, and all international locations. Rate table updates assure that calls will be correctly tracked and priced, both now and in the future, in spite of changes in the telecommunications industry. We are looking for top quality application, Bidders with quality programs handy, please provide evaluation copy, screen shots and specifications, datasheet to shorten the preview process. The programs must be bugs proven, stable, robust, abundant features and easy upgrade for future product roadmap. Bidders must be able to deliver the completed and tested software within 2 weeks after project is confirmed.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Method and ways to obtain necessary tools to compile the source programs to finished package software is included. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. Product branded to our title and name with end-user licensing control mechanism program, installer and uninstaller for both server and client program. Re-branded Evaluation version also included. Re-Brand means modifications of screens, appearance, graphics, icons with different looks and feels to suite our needs including all words, wordings, meanings, address, titles, file names, directories, program names, program definitions, program codes, parameters, registries, messages, menus, help files, graphics, images, toolbars, status bars. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all programs and work purchased. 4) Electronic Administrator and User Guides Documentation must be included. 5) 3 months free bug-fixes for the purchase programs and 3 months free technical support by email start counted from the date of 1st email request for support. Request for support, bug fixes must be responded by email within 24 hours in your normal workdays, a dedicated tech support contact point must be provided.
