Develop a data maintenance module for a Real Estate portal

I'm looking for a developer to develop a data maintenance module for a real estate portal. This module allows user to perform add, edit and delete listing information. The programs are to be written in php, html and css. The database will be mysql. Programs must be modular. As far as possible, duplication of codes must be minimized. Example, commonly used codes involving user name, password, database name should be placed in a separate module for promote maintainability and reusability. This piece of work should not take more than 2 days. Attached is the table and program specifications.
