Enhancement of existing PHP site functionality(repost)(repost)

PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SCOPE DOCUMENT. I am looking an expert developer in PHP / MySQL /jQuery/ AS3 to get develop the below functionalities in my existing Web Portal. NOTE: I will provide online access of MySQL data and routine/stored procedure in MySQL database to fetch the dynamic content. I will also provide the page/forms layout and navigation flow thru static presentation screens. Design, development and correction of the following in the listed order: (For individual point see the attached files). 1. Interest Profiler (A questionnaire + final score page) 2. Education-Experience-Training Profiler (5 page very simple forms) 3. Career Database - (2 pages) 4. Google Ads integration 5. Career Ladder (Action Script Flash based) - 4 pages 7.
