Magento cart fully configured and ready to go, but with a few final styling issues. IE and Firefox outputting different styles, and some crucial buttons are intermittently disappearing. (On checkout: 'Continue' buttons not showing in IE, and final 'Place Order' button missing from all browsers).
Most general styling issues are with IE.

Also - I believe the tax may be added twice to the checkout total...?
