OutLook Express Email Extractor App

Firstname & email address extracted to text file separated by a comma. I need to extract about 300 plus Firstnames & email addresses to a notepad text file to add to an email list. The Firstnames in these emails all come in the From: section of the email when looking at my OutLook Express Email browser window. An example is: John Smith full name shows on the left From: portion of the email message while unopened. What I am looking for is just the Firstname which would encompass the first string of letters before any space and just that portion only. This way, I have the best chance of getting the actual Firstname and NOT the last name as I am not gathering that criteria. The Firstname and email address extraction should be straight forward as it is easily found in the email header. There can be no spaces on either side of the comma that separate the Firstname and email address. The challenge is to: 1. make an app that can spider OutLook Express and gather this info stripping only the Firstname and email address in it’s extraction. 2. make a simple to use app to accomplish this.
