219634 Data entry script or applic

We need a Data Entry script or an application which will do the following: 1. Load a *.CSV file with entry data with the following fields: # Field Name Value 1 URL referral 2 firstname John 3 lastname Doe 4 contact_email [login to view URL] 5 list_email [login to view URL] 6 username jdoe 7 password 11 8 confirm pass 11 9 paymethod paypal 10 paydetails [login to view URL] 11 membership 0 12 lang en [login to view URL] script will take the field #1 to construct an URL by adding the value of field #1 to the end of a text URL. i.e. Take “[login to view URL]” and add “referral” to give “[login to view URL]”. [login to view URL] the page is loaded, the script will select a menu item to load the Join page of the website. [login to view URL] the Join page the script will fill in the 11 form fields with the values from the CSV file. [login to view URL] the Submit button. [login to view URL] the next record from the CSV file and start at step 2 until the CSV file has been completely read. See attachment for doc file
