We have an intranet built using drupal. We have a CSV with constantly updated data. Every night the CSV file is placed on the web server. We need drupal to automatically import the CSV file into a content type. It must be reliable. If a record is changed in the CSV it needs to update the content. If the record is new it has to create the content. Because it is an intranet you can not work on the live site. I can upload a copy of the drupal install with sensitive data removed. You'll need to provide proof that what you've done works by working on the copy and then provide detailed step by step documentation on how to implement the solution on the live intranet. Ongoing work for the right person.
