MS ACCESS Database Improvements

Simple Project - Coder needed to convert existing (one table) Database to a true relational database. The DB will record sales and advertising offers sent to customers of an online Web Directory. You will need to set up additional tables, queries and forms to enter and view and search the data. As well as the existing contact details I will need to record the following: 1. Date an offer is sent (several offer sent in one year) 2. Name of offer sent 3. Response to each offer sent (if any) 4. Regular Notes about each customer (several notes for each customer) 5. Date the Note was entered (see above) 6. Type of listing they have in my Directory (Trial listing, Paid listing, Not listed) 7. Amount to pay 8. Amount paid 9. Paid or unpaid 10. Whether they are active of inactive 11. Date they joined as a member 12. Date listing expires (renewal date) 13. Customers will be able renew listing each year so will need to record each years details or sale 14. Date DB last updated 15. The region they are listed in. 16. URL of the region they are listed in (with hyperlink) 17. How many pictures they have uploaded (if any) I envision the need for the following tables * Main (Already existing) * Regions (Can provide list) * Offers * Comments * Type of listings * PLUS any other tables that you feel are necessary I would like data entry forms, and a search form that will display customer contact and other related data. I will also want to be able to see a list of all listing that have expired. All listings that have not been paid All listings that have not uploaded pictures All active listings All inactive listing All unlisted names There may be a few more features that will be required once I have tested the database Please contact me if you need further clarification Sample of extisting Database attached. Tom ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
