Free internet website. So users dont need to use there own broadband or dialup, once they register it would be free for them to use the free internet though the free internet website. There was a free website for dialup where the user dialed in to have free internet access, they had one number to dial in for everyone, these are some of the things l need to learn about from the coder so l can get it setup on my end. Of course they would still have to have a modem connected, and connect to my isp. Because its all sharing, l would need to work out something with my internet provider. The idea is to have a website where anyone could have free internet. 1. The user would have to be limited to the internet use per day. 2. There would need to be a timer showing the user how much time they have left on that day. [login to view URL] ads would need to be implemented on the site. 4. On the free internet homepage they would need to signup for an email address, so an email system would also need to be made, built into the website. 5. lf the user users the email system they are allowed to have more time surfing the net. 6. Google ads implemeted in the email system, similar to hotmail. 7. There would be alot of other things that would need to be built into the homepage later to monetize the intire free internet website. 8. The users speed would have to be shaped to allow sharing. 9. Example. users must register to the site then are provided with the Network settings(maybe just a phone number to dial in) after they dial in or settings are configured it would automatically go to the sites login screen. After login, example. Welcome to the free internet hompage (homepage is shown) 10. Im in Australia so lm guessing l could only cover Australia ? Some are saying its not possible at all, some are saying they can do it. l will be looking for someone that really knows what there doing and can also help me at my end so l know what to ask for from my isp to get it up and running. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
