Import CSV to Access (VBA), Bonus for completion

Bid is max $4, $11 bonus is paid if task is completed on time, $5 if "bug free", thus up to $20. Import a text file into Access 2003 using VBA, pressing a form button in Access. Situation: Have an order log. Each line should be imported into a new row in a table. This log contains 4 very similar formats, difference primarily being that some lines in the log has fewer fields, thus populating fewer fields in the table, each line is idenfied with a number for the format (except one number which may represent 2 different formats). First part of line are fields separated by ";", the last part of the line is separated by ;fieldname=value;. Sometimes fields contain delimiters, this results in more fields. In such cases, skip importing the line in question and output the line to an error table. One of the fields are Linux timestamp, I'd like this to be converted to normal human readble timestamp stored in an additional timestamp field in the table. Import should prevent reimport of the same records, though not important. Nice if the system could import multiple files so I don't need to select one file, import, select a new etc. (mark several files blue in import window). I'll supply some labels for the columns in the table. There's a date field in the file, this should be stored as timestamp field value. Files may be big, i.e. 100,000 records per imported file. Speed has to be optimized to prevent extremely long import times (using XP, AMD-3000, 2GB RAM). I'll supply example input file. It's important that project is completed on time without bugs, i.e. you should test the code for bugs before uploading it and upload it good time before deadline in case I discover bugs and thus have the possibility of reporting back for correction so bug free version is ready by deadline. The "bug free" bonus is paid if no more than 3 bugs are found. I'm available by mail and chat, and online more than once a day. If project works ok, future projects are of interest. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
