php web site scraping

It calls a .par file on the server with the parameters (pretty good instructions inside the par file) But I kinda forget how to use it, and it's on a new server now, and when I tried this command it didn't work: [[login to view URL]][2] So the job is: 1) Scrape 3 databases for name and email. 2) Store the results an excel file and in the third column put the website they came from.
