Real Estate Listing Script

I need an off-the-shelf real estate/property listing script that is easy to install, configure and personalise to the requirements of my client. I would prefer PHP/MySQL as I have some familiarity with these but will consider any script. The? user interface must have a? good search facility that produces a list of results and on clicking a result a property details page should appear that allows multiple photos, preferably in thumbnail with ability to enlarge. The admin control panel must be easy for my client to add, edit and delete property details. Please bid the amount you want for an unlimited licence so I can also? use it for future clients if required without having to make additional payments. In you bid comment please provide links to a demo of the user interface and the admin panel and if you can give urls of real sites where your script is being used that would also be appreciated. Cost is a major consideration, the cheaper the better.
